On the basis the the propco will have to borrow money to get a stadium built, there won't be any equity left to borrow any more. I don't follow the part about them putting money in their pockets, surely it's their money in the first place.

I'm not saying they shouldn't, but I can't see why they would. I don't think many people would blame SISU for moving out based on the decision of not wanting to pay £5m rent, in fact I think if they played it better the first time they would have got more sympathy for not wanting to pay £1m rent.

And the rent and/or access to revenues will have to be set at a level that can be afforded by the club, otherwise SISU will have to fund the difference, and why would they sign up to that?
