If we sell him in the next few weeks we're in a relegation battle imo, we had zero threat apart from him at Sunderland

Well not really tbf as it's carefully selected form of words "we said we wouldn't be relaying the pitch [but we said instead we would...]"
Both sides trying to mislead

I'm sorry and it is painful to say this, but for an impartial observer the club relying on a statement about relaying the pitch made some time ago in lieu of having a day to day relationship is just ridiculous
My father in law has got an air source one, it looks like an air conditioning vent but not sure if it's actually any good

The pitch looks in poor condition on those pictures, even if it is covered for the concert there is a hell of a lot of footfall and machinery going over it to make the sets up, Rammstein in particular

Surely the refund terms are the standard ones when buying any ticket, if they're trying to vary those terms that is unlawful

The EFL will ask what steps the club took to ensure it had a playable pitch and will not be impressed with the excuse that the CWG meant they didn't do anything until the week running up to the fixture.

Ultimately it's whoever is willing to pay the most, i hadn't realised that ACL is still paying ACL2006 £1.9m a year rent, where does this money go?

The real reason we can't do this is because we need to the money, we are a club heavily reliant on ticket sales to fund our existence
