Yet £70 million of debt. That is what I really don't understand, how a company with no assets can have so much debt. If CCFC Ltd. is liquidated and has no (or minimal) assets surely that clears all debt to SISU.

Presumably. Why can't the club just be the club. I don't get how all the assets can be in holdings but all the debt is in Ltd. Surely that is not legal? Bending the rules at least.
