Could a new team be formed?

Personally think it should be 51% fan owned club 49% private investor, that way we could stop this ever happening again. Think we need to get things in place but no finalised as soon as possible. Let's not make any rash decisions though, take our time & do it right. Need to let this news settle...

Would rather support a real breakaway club owned by the fans than Coventry United. As far as I am concerned Coventry United are just another non league club in Coventry.

    HMRC Involved

Yet £70 million of debt. That is what I really don't understand, how a company with no assets can have so much debt. If CCFC Ltd. is liquidated and has no (or minimal) assets surely that clears all debt to SISU.

Could a new team be formed?

By going into liquidation that team no longer exists anyway. Didn't the football league confirm they considered limited the club?

    Question for the Trust

Presumably. Why can't the club just be the club. I don't get how all the assets can be in holdings but all the debt is in Ltd. Surely that is not legal? Bending the rules at least.

    Question for the Trust

Is this another of the things that was transferred within the year leading up to admin or has it always been there?

    Question for the Trust

Should the Sky Blue Trust also lodge a complaint to the FL ?

Agree. If nothing else it just reiterates that the majority of fans aren't with SISU on this move to the FA.

At the Brink: Administrator or Stooge?

If the CVA is rejected and we are liquidated what happens to the debt to SISU? Surely they get much less too? Anyone know?

They've run us up against a cliff edge of and they've moved to tip us over

SISU wouldn't accept if they were offered free rent and access to revenue streams.

    Most ironic statement ever??

Part of a statement from CCFC on the request for talks with Joy Seppalla by Ann Lucas: "However, we are encouraged that Ann herself is now willing to get personally involved. Rather than grandstanding through the media, we have held private meetings with the current council leadership at...
