Agreed. So, we have to stay at the Ricoh. If that is not in Sisu's plans then they must reliquish ownership. How much now would CCFC be worth? How much do we think they would sell the club for?

Agreed. Sisu now enter into discussion for this to be a joint ownership enterprise.

Just saying a new stadium isn't going to have all that. We move and it will be from a first class arena to a tinpot stadium, probably in the middle of Nowheresville.

All this bigging up of the Ricoh today, world class arena, conference facilities, casino, road network, hotel etc. has just confirmed for me how futile and disappointing any new stadium is going to be. Think CCFC have to just push for a brilliant rental deal and ask for all revenue on match...

No. PWKH tied balloons to Fisher's car. He was hoping to tie enough so that the car would float away, Mary Poppins style, but he was caught red handed after the very first balloon.

As has been said though, that could be 2 years planning for Wasps. Doesn't mean ACL were involved necessarily at that point.
