I don't know what the correction was post GFC, 20% ish? Though I guess that differed from place to place. If you take the mortgage as is fixed for a long period you're likely to get a better rate than next time you look. In the scenario that the property you're buying decreases in value by...

The British real economy is in a catastrophic place now, the rise in interest rates is going to depress consumer spending further. You could see GPD rising (as it has over the past few years) but actually money circulating around the economy falling, as money is extracted by bankers.

Are you taking his deputy's tweets in good faith? It was the usual gas lighting from this bunch of crooks.

I think that sounds good as does the abolition of the HoL but i really think he's got to be much more convincing over shorter term plans to support people to improve or maintain a good standard of living Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

It's a bit of a message to the local authorities really, if in the event of Wasps showing intent to go into administration to remember that: 1. They're not the only rugby club in the city 2. They're not the only entity that has suffered from Covid Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

He's been a bit hit and miss this season but ultimately he's better up front on his own. His finishing and decision making are not PL level. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

My fixed rate on the mortgage runs out at the end of April 2023, the rate on any new deal is nearly double what it is currently. Yet more money being extracted from the real economy. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

There is absolutely no evidence that banker's bonuses have any sort of wider economic benefit. Surely they are just extracting money from the economy? Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

ACL is ACL (2006) parent company. ACL (2006) is the head lease holder and that's its only function I think. ACL (assumed) pays ACL 2006 £1.9m per year. The assets of ACL (2006) are subject to the charge by the Trustees mind
