You didnt link a post to someone saying that. You've linked a post where someone has included new signings. You also said 'people' that's plural. You linked one person, who didn't say what you claimed anyway.

You do realise that saying we're keeping this player or that player doesn't mean people don't want new signings? We'll all disagree on who goes and who stays though. If you pool everyone's 'keep' lists then we will have the same starting 11. In same way that if you pool everyone's 'replace'...
