We were the better team today...

Yet their team are top of the league, while City are 2nd from bottom.

The saying goes: "It's always darkest before the dawn"

Of the league? Almost, only Colchester and their 2 pesky goal difference stand in the way. :(

Would be happy with Arsenal putting 6 past us....

I swear, this lot are saving themselves for Arsenal. Watch them play their arses off down there when their in the shop-window. They can beat a full strength Brum team from the Championship in the Cup, but they can't beat Crewe, Stevenage or Tranmere? OK, the latter 2 are unbeaten this season...

    SSN: Phil Brown being interviewed!

BBC: "Brown would be available to move to the Ricoh Arena immediately, without the need for the Sky Blues to pay compensation to take him out of a contract with another club." SISU: :D

Stevenage are the opposite of City

Stevenage enjoyed back-to-back promotions into League 1, they only missed out on a 3rd successive promotion into the Championship after being beaten by Sheffield Utd in last season's play offs. They looked well organised and their heads didn't drop when we took the lead, perhaps because the...

    Stevenage Match Thread

That's why they're unbeaten before today, yeah? :thinking about: Love the way people label teams as crap, terrible, rubbish - yet most of the teams in this League are currently above us! Funny that.

Here we go again.... Hussey shows the finger

I shudder to think about the reaction he would have got from some fans if he'd missed.

Di Canio subs his keeper after 20 minutes!

Swindon were 2-0 down at Preston when Di Canio subbed the keeper (who was at fault for the 1st goal, but who otherwise has been in great form according to Swindon fans). After the game (which Swindon lost 4-0), Canio said: Would love to see Di Canio at the City just to kick some arse.

Would be happy with Arsenal putting 6 past us....

Shut the frack up! :D ....(and to keep this City related)....didn't a team of Arsenal kids thrash a full-strength Sheff. Utd team in the cup a few season back?

Would be happy with Arsenal putting 6 past us....

So say we all! Oh, and Adama for City Manager - about as realistic a suggestion that I've seen on here lately. :D

Would be happy with Arsenal putting 6 past us....

With City you just don't know what the frack their going to do down there. Wouldn't be too surprised to see us play Arsenal (all be it their Youth Team) off the park there, only to then lose at somehere like Walsall.

Would be happy with Arsenal putting 6 past us....

....if it meant getting 3 points in a league game. By the sounds of it, our extra time efforts vs Brum had an effect on our performance at Crewe today. Perhaps it shouldn't of, but there you go.

    Players Applauding Fans

Can't be easy for the players at times, "let's walk over to the fans to thank them for their support and bite our tongue when they tell us to get fooked!" Having said that, not easy for the fans either. Only 1 away win last season. Everyone is frustrated and not getting any. Wins I mean.

“If the supporter in question were to come forward I would be only too happy to meet him in person to offer an apology face-to-face because I am genuinely sorry for that reaction."
