Murphy is Jekyll and Hyde, he will look poor for a period of the match and then play like Messi for a 15-20 minutes. Unreliable in the big matches, destroyed Gillingham but was awful v Walsall and Burton.

As a manager your almost better off nearly getting promoted every year and just missing out. If we were struggling with Mowbray in the championship I'd hope we would stick with him.
