Well that seems the way forwards from ACL's point of view. If they have massive debt they chase the money the club owes them through the courts.

It's not rocket science. if we want someone to be interested in the club we need to be an attractive proposition. To be an attractive proposition we need a reasonably successful team on the pitch and have plenty of bums on seats in the stadium. Although in some ways I can't say I am surprised...
