He is exactly what we are looking for, the trouble is, the deal to get him wasn't the kind we're looking for. Why can't these people be straight with us? Cingan's injury makes it even more important to bolster the midfield; or doesn't Mr Dildo know that the captain is injured?

I don't think a date has been set for the new financial rules to come into play. It could be years yet.
