I'll look at popping it on some forums later today. I know I've been critical of the wording but do appreciate what you are trying to do (which is far more than most).
To be honest you've been as bad as each other recently. And you aren't the only one. It honestly looks like loads of kids ganging up on a single one at times. He can make the most sensible point and still get slaughtered for it just because of who he is.
I mean no disrespect by this, I like...
Although have to remember Elland Road is one of the best stadia in the country.
It has conference facilities. Don't think hotels have been built yet but there is enough development land that some large scale developments were planned (hotels, retail, etc). Land wise probably similar but not...
I'm talking stadium value. Additional land may cost more. I think if Sisu bid £10 million for freehold then rest to buy ACL out it wouldn't be unreasonable.
In which case can't blame them for looking to build a new ground. Just wish it was not 12k capacity and should be within the city boundaries or at least very very close.
I think the only lease they don't want in place is ACL which would be easy to get rid of. Would mean council buying out...
I doubt it. Theoretically we get priority now but have an agreement with Northampton that they get priority. It is their ground after all.
Next season we will be scheduled at home opposite weeks to Northampton as it is known prior to fixtures being created. Should be fewer Sunday games.
I think that gates are still low, and that's good. I didn't mean the majority were not committed to the boycott of sixfields (rather than NOPM). What I mean is that it isn't going to bother sisu too much. They budgeted for 3000 crowds. 2000 won't be that different for them financially. I just...
That may be the case. Who knows what they actually want. But for the actual arena those figures are a good starting point. If there is land around obviously that may come at an extra cost. Until valuations are completed on both sides who knows.
I'm sure Sisu are mostly to blame. However, in terms of this petition, to gain maximum exposure, I think it needed to be more general. Something needs to be put in place to stop what has happened to the likes of us, Cardiff, Hull, etc..
Yes. I signed. Thanks.
You will see from my comments I want it to succeed hence wanting it to be more general.
I don't know what planet some people on here are on. Not this one that's for sure.
For me it's shit. Will take a miracle to get to the 100k. It's targetted too much at CCFC fans where it needed to be more general mentioning others along with ccfc.
Sou you'd rather just keep doing something that isn't working in the hope that it one day does work or wipes the club out. Then we can all start again in the lower reaches of non league. I'm sorry, but that doesn't sound great to me.
Why is it different going to the Arsenal game than going...
You wouldn't get 15000 on the hill.
7k in stadium rest outside would show that they are missing out on something. People are willing to do it when we play Arsenal so why not a home game(s). NOPM didn't work and has been more or less abandoned so why not try a different approach. People would...
