The best thing for "the team" is investment, to play in a stadium in the city they represent, and to be safe in the knowledge that the club they play for is a stable place to advance their careers. Most likely way to get all those things is with new owners.

If someone is a danger to society then they should be locked up. If they aren't they should be free to get on with their lives. That's my opinion. Someone is either a freeman or they are not. That has been the principal of justice for 800 years.

Not sure I would be too happy about a nice green space such as Hearsall Common being built over. It is common land for a reason. Not that a new stadium is going to happen, but if it does, then it should be on a brownfield site.
