Nothing will be proven. If Sisu are going to claim the stadium was sold on the cheap, and throw the state aid accusations around again they are onto a loser. After the loan leading to the JR CCC will have made sure the legality of this sale is watertight.

I will be interested to see what arguments Sisu have about the sale. Their arguments always seem very weak, they tend to accuse the council of things that aren't actually illegal (I.e. CCC politicians made decisions based on politics).

Parking scheme is for all events over 10k so will apply to Wasps games the same way as it does to Ccfc games. Clarity is needed over the 10k thing though. Would be interesting if anyone who has received a ticket has challenged the council over this.
