I don't know, could have been a club decision to not use it for the cup game to save on costs for just this one fixture which is fair enough. Could have been a problem in dealing with ACL, or could just be a lack of planning and not set up in time.

Are we just paying for access to the ticketmaster technology, i.e the ticket master website, servers and other things etc. I'm not sure they take it over as a full scale operation. The club still have to employ the ticket staff I think If you go buy a ticket face to face, the person serving you...
