    Arlan Kadima

    This is a wind-up surely! Looked at this name and it looked like a name derived from an anagram. So looked at anagrams and lo and behold, Arlan Kadima is an anagram of 'I am a rank lad.;

    Preston at home.

Thing is CC4L, the atmosphere against Sheff Utd was very good and having the fans packed in made a real difference. Also, it is always so much better to be there in person. On tv you only see what they want you to see. In person you can see the off the ball movement and players making their runs...

Have to disagree with this 'hoofing to Barton.' if you care to get the game tape you will see he had the ball played to him on the ground on many occasion and he was muscled off the ball or tackled or harried into getting rid of it quickly. Being more physical would result from Barton not...

    £10m shares claim for GODIVA

Too right. Pretty cold at night and I'm not sleeping under a pile of coats again. And then when I get the sheets back the ink comes off in the night and I wake up with a big black 'O' on my bum. Big no on the sheet front. Sent from my KIS using Tapatalk 2

    Preston at home.

Yep, if we play the same tactics. It will be the same outcome I think unless we compete on an equally physical footing. I just don't think you can get away with the playing of the likes of Barton against the likes of Preston. Too easy to get outmuscled by this type of side. That's where we...

    £10m shares claim for GODIVA

Err, not being funny here, but 19 pages of posts. Has anyone asked AshbyJan if he actually said this or not, or whether it is just spin? Might have stopped World War III breaking out. I'm very much in the camp of neither pro-Sisu or pro ACL. I just want the best for my club and for the...

Team selection dilemmas for Preston JPT

Hopefully we get things sorted for Adams this week. Would be great to keep him.

Team selection dilemmas for Preston JPT

I think it has be Bailey. He is probably one best player now. Don't see how we can leave him out.

Team selection dilemmas for Preston JPT

Fleck was poor against Shrewsbury. Great when he had the ball, dreadful when he didn't. Shrewsbury could have scored 2 or 3 due to his poor marking, lack of tracking and ball watching. On from the bench as an impact player.

    Agreed. Bench I feel.

    Preston at home.

Yep they get bigger league gates. they get lower JPT gates though because it isn't a priority for them having won promotions and league cups and FA cups and been in many a play-off. For us the JPT is so much more important. First success of any kind whatsoever for 26 years! Makes a big, big...

Team selection dilemmas for Preston JPT

Clarke to stay. 1 up front. Midfield of Baker, Jennings, Bailey, Moussa and Sheff. Bench to include Thomas, Elliot, Christie, Barton, Dunne

I'd never want to get back to the Premiership...

Many many Premiership clubs charge close to or over a £1,000 for an ST. Just can't see me paying that.

Massive difference here, Coundon. Forest and Leshtur have had success. Promotions, play-offs, cups. They are used to success and therefore the JPT to them would be of much lower priority. For us, starved of success for so long, this cup is so, so much more important. Just don't think you can...

Cheers Ferret! I think it will be quite a bit better than the Sheff U attendance for sure.

It has to be more than 12,000 surely. It is only a fiver. No excuse really. And SBT, I think the game passed Barton by. Yep, he didn't get it to feet much, but when he did he was closed down and not allowed time on the ball. Would say Barton is exactly the wrong type of player to play against...

Frank Sidebottom perhaps, but not Frank Lampard.

I'd never want to get back to the Premiership...

Yer, very good point. It's like going to see a show or concert every two weeks and people simply don't do this and most would probably say they can't afford to either.
