I think the point Fleck is trying to make is that despite the quality of the players if you rely on kids, on loan or otherwise, who have never experienced playing a full season they are going to burn out.

Barnsley may drop enough points due to tough fixtures. Gillingham not in best form. Sheff Utd will be below us if we win last 3. Others just outside playoffs I think will drop some points. Very unlikely still but is possible.

I think you're about bang on there. Some positives I suppose. Just so frustrating watching us fall apart after the great start to the season. I can't see a way we get into the play offs now - the run in from here on in is pretty tough.
