Completely agree about the atmosphere. Its just a building. What's happening on the pitch and the general feel of the place is what makes an atmosphere.

This is exactly how clubs grow. We've never done it to my knowledge. We would have a great player, sell him, give the manager 25% of the fee, and then spend the rest on the electric bill.
