Looking at PL wages something like 40k per week would be the average among the lower half clubs

Transfer Rumour Confirmed - Bradley Collins

I had that thought too. I did think we might have seen Wilson being the subject of gossip etc but there's been very little - even less about Moore. My guess is they'll save some wages if they can move Moore, being a senior pro, making the transfer cost neutral to a plus in that respect.

Far too soon to tell, we really need to see how the team looks with the loans in place.

I don't see the Gus money being reinvested immediately either. Both the Vik and Gus will be drip fed over 4 years or so. We're always limited ulimately by the wage bill, which is a problem that comes with not owning the stadium and the impact on potential revenue streams.

    We'll know soon enough.

That's no way to run any business. Gus and Vik were always going to be sold.

I'm pretty sure that they expected to take something resembling a squad to Portugal and to be going into Forest Green with maybe not a full line up but also a not a patchwork quilt either.

Robins said previously that his budget will be similar to last year.

I think the transfer window is going a long way from plan. The cancellation of the match in Portugal for lack of players tells us all we need to know.

    Luton Ground

We've got a suspended sentence - and we were lucky to get that, we might well have lost points and missed out on Wembley
  11. S

    Luton Ground

No they can't meet the criteria as far as we know although they might get the pitch ready
  12. S

    Luton Ground

That's a difficult one though isn't it because they are in it and the ground isn't compliant.

Here we go again - incapable of civil interaction at any level

    Luton Ground

They have to ground share to meet the rules. Is it 20k capacity?
  16. S

    Luton Ground

Yes but they still don't meet the regs
  17. S

    Luton Ground

If they'd built a compliant stadium they would still be in L1 at best. They failed to get their ground in order and cheated the rest of us in the process
  18. S

    Luton Ground

I know but it was well on the way. Where is the new Luton ground that's compliant with the regs that they've been 'building' for years?
  19. S

    Luton Ground

I don't see the equivalence. For Luton it's the sisu new pitch you should be comparing to. A bit like Santa , God and the Tooth Fairy

    Luton Ground

Well....Wasps agreed that we had primacy over the use of the ground when in fact we were locked out. We paid full rent and Luton put the money instead into the team over seasons.
