    Springsteen at the (ACL) Ricoh

Do you know how much they do make from a concert though? I'm saying it's a poor year based on the fact that in a year when there a few who could fill the Ricoh touring the country, they have only managed to attract two. Robbie Williams is touring,Bon Jovi played at Villa Park the other week...

Fisher has done his job, we are finished.

You mentioned Sisu only when it came to disgust though. Sisu should never have come into football, and of course the contarct should have been renogotiated straight away(with the support that they had at the time of the takeover from the overwhelming majority I doubt there would have been any...

    Springsteen at the (ACL) Ricoh

It is a good venue, do you think that it would be there at all though if not for the "vision" of Richardson? If we had stayed at Highfield Road, like most agree that we should have, then do you think that the council would have built it off their own backs?

    Springsteen at the (ACL) Ricoh

Getting two concerts this year is very poor though, plenty of others doing the "circuit" this year not playing at the Ricoh. How many people at a concert 40,000? So 80,000 this year, 8 home games to be conservative, still 15 more at least not including cup games. 30,000 at the JPT semi-final...

Unfotunately most of that has no relation to Sisu, lots to blame them for, but not for stuff that happened before they took over, when under different ownership and different people on the board at the time(Elliot for instance).

Nobody has ever said he's crooked have they? He may said over many years and many different boards to be a shocking judge of character at best though.

I still don't see why regenerating land that you don't own should really be the responsibility of a football club, any football club, unless that is what your main interest is and not interested in the club at all. A property developer for instance.

Who said this, and about who? "I have met them both, very nice guys and very high calibre. I was massively impressed with them"

Fisher has done his job, we are finished.

Are you saying then that if the club were to activate it's 50% option of buying the Higgs shares then they would own the surrounding land for development? If they don't, then a bit of a pointless "understanding" I'd have thought.

It could also be possibly argued that the share is worth less now, as less time to run on the lease.

Fisher has done his job, we are finished.

I still fail to see why anybody owning the football club and/or 50% of ACL should also be responsible for regeneration of the area? Surely the council own all the land around the Ricoh, ACL are just leaseholders of the stadium I think. Nothing that I can see to stop the council selling the...

No, think they're talking about the one who told you to give your shares to Sisu.

That waspart of the "final" offer from ACL, after which there were to be no more negotiations according to ACL. You'd almost think that ACL didn't want to agree a deal with that sort of offer wouldn't you?

Fisher has done his job, we are finished.

Did you see the offer? Which would charge the club extra the more fans that were brought in? Commericially madness from both sides.

Do Otium pass the Fit and Proper person's test?

The only well to really tell if they will pass the "fit and proper person" test is to actualise. Bleep test and loads of Star-jumps should do the trick. Don't think that Tim Fisher would pass(however may edge past Bell in the squad).
