    Is the Butts deal imminent?

I agree it will likely be gridlock. There is however a pedestrian way through a tunnel next to the park. One other (small) access way to the stadium.

    SCG meeting questions

Not true. History shows plenty of occasions when we have averaged over 20k. As previous posts have pointed out, a successful season this year gates will again start to push towards the 20 k Mark and will exceed it if form is maintained. First season back in the Championship on the back of a bit...

    SCG meeting questions

When have we had any success in the past 20 years. Potential is there if we do well.

CT article - 'Time to grow up and work together'

I work in Chelmsley Wood. In the past 18 months I have come across 6 people who now go to Wasps. None of them live in Coventry.

CT article - 'Time to grow up and work together'

Neither would I. Wouldn't mind Wasps going under though. With their debt, hopefully will happen.

    SCG meeting questions

Not as important as BPA debate, however I would like to know if anyone from CCFC has asked the council about the flags on the island and when it will be our turn. How can it be fair to allow a franchise rugby team from London to have precedent over club from our own city who have existed here...

    SCG meeting questions

Lowest crowd last season just under 10000. This was the only league game with a less than 5 figure crowd. We should plan for potential crowds not those we got under Pressley.

Where does everyone see CCFC .............

One of the things CA promised at the trust forum a few months ago was that while he was at the club, they would never again be taken away from the city to play their home matches. Seemed very clear and sincere on that.

    Jimmy Hill Tribute - BBC1 - Tonight - 10:45pm

Lovely tribute to a great man. Nice to see so much of the programme devoted to his time at Coventry.

    New Kits Next Season

I think the Italian style green and black stripes which we have used a couple of times would be the classic one for me. The first time we wore it was the 69-70 season when we finished 6th in the First Division and qualified for Europe. We had a record number of away wins that season too. That...

    If !!!!

There were 55000+ City fans at the Charity Shield match against Everton in an 80000 odd crowd. As far as I know this is a record we hold in this country for the most away fans.

A little light reading for the close season: Roots To The 92

Maybe a little nod towards Southend with your books title?

    Bigi

I thought he was excellent on Sunday, showed what he could do if he has an extended run in the team.

    Says it all

forty eight of the last 52 years have been spent in at either the top(34 years) or at the second level. Law of averages says you are wrong. Give us owners who care ( doesn't mean they have to throw shed loads of money at it), who perhaps have a local angle and a feel for club and city, we can do...

    Says it all

Stadium purpose built for us with the view that we would eventually own at least half of it. That hope and the hope of a better financial future squashed by the insects with help from Sisu and CCC. I will always go but I can appreciate why others can't see any hope.

Ticket prices - a huge gamble by the financially prudent SISU

According to Clive Eakin on The phone in yesterday they do.

    Says it all

Their owners didn't take them to Northampton. They haven't lost their stadium to a franchise rugby team. They have had several promotions and cup wins in the past thirty years. Give us all of that, our fan base would be larger. I think our fans have stuck by the club really well considering. We...

Ticket prices - a huge gamble by the financially prudent SISU

No problem with cash neutral stance as "investing" in a football club looks like a sure way to lose your money. My gripe with Sisu is their lack of honesty (new ground for example) and their lack of transparency and communication of what is really going on. The whole Northampton debacle which...

Didn't seem to cheat with that one. Clear pull back it seemed to me.
