Agree completely with this. Couldn't care less what the motivation is so long as it helps CCFC.

    £6-7m sale price?

Unlikely to happen but as mentioned above , it would open the way for other parties. I know the Trust have a plan if Sisu try to liquidate the club. Same plan could work in this case which wouldn't be so severe. Would you not stump up £1000 get rid of Sisu?

So explain why he was malicious rather than misguided. What did Robins do with his shares?

How does questioning the council help us to get rid of Sisu? Lots of parties responsible for our mess. However there is only one party that can change the downward spiral we are on and that is Sisu.

    £6-7m sale price?

As we were walking down to the game the other night my son mentioned that if 6000 fans were prepared to put up £1000 each, that would amount to the notional £6 million. Put like that it doesn't sound such a huge, out of reach sum. He asked me if I would be prepared to put up £1000. If it meant...

    Robinson Has His Say

I don't know what he is like as a person but it seems clear he put a fortune into the club which he has then lost. Now it might be small change to him but the fact is that in good faith he wrote it off so that Sisu could take over the club. Very much unlike Sisu now who it seems have no...

    Charlton tickets

Slightly off the point but I heard on the radio that Tower Bridge is now closed to traffic for repairs I think. I went over Tower Bridge going to Millwall last season. What crossing would be best to use for Charlton and will that now be rammed as Tower Bridge is out of use?

I don't understand the negativity towards CWR and the Telegraph in this instance. They are both doing something to try and resolve the mess we are in. They have a programme like this where people, genuine CCFC fans as far as I can make out, are asked their views on the way forward for our club...

Match Thread Coventry City vs Northampton Town (Checkatrade)

Agree with this. Remember City getting a gate of 12 000 for a reserve game in the 60s. Played in competitive leagues.

    Tim Fisher

The move to Northampton has, I think, been the most harmful and devisive decision ever taken about our club, a decision which now sees Wasps in our stadium. I am not sure if this was entirely Fisher's idea or decision but he was certainly one of the architect's of the move, using CCFC as a pawn...

Disagree. There have been glimpses of that performance in several games this season including the first 30 mins. on Wednesday night. Today it came together. Certainly not chalk and cheese. Style of play very much as Mowbray would have played it.

You were there? If you were you will know that your statement above is wrong. Slick, quick passing into feet. A Mowbray performance from a Mowbray team. Venus confirmed on the phone in on Friday that his philosophy is the same as TM's. Very evident today. Hope he keeps the job if this is the way...

I think he will have to get used to it. The more uncomfortable it is for him and Seppala the better.

Match Thread Port Vale v Coventry Match Thread - Saturday 1st Oct

I was at Vale today. Very much played the TM way. He left too quickly. Could be the start of a good run. Nice to hear a couple of blasts of "Tony Mowbray's Sky Blue army" from the fans as well. Shows how popular he was that after 10 winless games his name was still being chanted. Never heard...

So, who do we want ?

Mowbray to stay? To be honest don't think any one will come in and make a difference. Had a good, honest( rare quality it seems these days) manager who tried to play and win the right way. The only good thing if Mowbray has gone is that it confirms the utter shambles we have become, will ramp up...

    Tesco parking

My son got one today from the Oldham game as well. I bought a £50 voucher from Tesco and have the receipt so will send pictures of these off in an email to the parking company so should be alright. No more Tesco parking however.

    A Clean Slate?

What would your view on Wimbledon be? To me and to most football supporters I would think, they are the same club. Why would we be different. As you say all down to a personal view. I just cannot see why the AFC version is not the same. Ah but when things are good, even for a short time like...

Same club though, our history. Would be the same with AFC CoventryCity.

So you would disagree with Wimbledon supporters who say that they still support the same club?
