    Breaking news about Rent Deal

It's a shame that the offer made yesterday wasn't made back in January/February, when they made their "final offer and no more negotiation". Could have avoided the admin(which ACL forced), possibly have kept Robins, and even made the play-offs. Wonder why on Earth they had to go "nuclear" over...

    Judicial review

Openness and transparency? Clear their name of the accusations? When found innocent of all accusations they'll get their costs awarded to Sisu, so no risk at all is there?

    Breaking news about Rent Deal

Just wondering if we have some of the most dedicated, hard-working employees in the country. Everybody seems to hand over their "hard-earned" money, nobody ever hands over their "just sat on my arse all day, fucked about on the internet for a bit, answered a few phone calls, and then pretended...

    Breaking news about Rent Deal

But he isn't for them once they're out of administration though. Wouldn't have thought that an adminsitrator would be able to tie a company in to a 10 year deal himself that will be continuing long after he's gone? Don't know what the scope of powers for an administrator are to set future...

They'd be the same ones who bang on about "morals" in a rent dispute too.

If Preston Haskell's bid had been accepted.....

It was his dad who had a minority interest in the Jacksonville Jaguars, and some very shady goings on with abuse of public money for the building of the stadium I think. Not a very positive history at all.

    NOPM - rules

I'd have thought there'd be a huge mark-up on shirts etc. Think they probably still make a profit on them when they flog them for a tenner at the end of the season. Some poor bastard in Bangladesh is the one suffering in this case.

Triffids i think, evil bastards that take advantage of peoples blindness to take over. Pretty much what happened actually.

    Here comes the crunch!

Of course they do, just with a 15 point deduction if without a CVA. People just seem to think that not accepting a CVA willm wave some sort of magic wand, get rid of Sisu and have us all living happily ever after at the Ricoh.

    Here comes the crunch!

Strange, seems to knock the "ripping off the poor taxpayers" argument into touch, and again raises the question why did they have to try to force the club into admin over a sum that they apparently aren't bothered about? Unless of course they wanted to engineer a "coup", whereby their preferred...

    Here comes the crunch!

So are you saying that ACL(and therefore the Council and Higgs) have not really lost any money at all then? Or that you think that £590k is a small amount? Would wonder why they wanted to put the club into administration at all then in that case.
