ACL didn't offer Sisu/Otium £150,000 rent at all though. Don't deny mostly down to Sisu being in the situation, but ACL were offered a fair chunk of money, and did turn it down. Don't know what effect HMRC turning it down would have been, as was only a relatively small amount wasn't it?

To be fair, there aren't actually that many business type events on at weekends, most trade fairs are held during the week, nobody wants to use their own time for work!
