Yea just think it kills play offs for the coming season, even if we invest it well think it will take a year or two for the new team and players to grow and develop into a team which can challenge the play offs. Much like how the 22/23 team was built over three seasons.

Whatever happens with Hamer will define our season. Keep him and we will have a good chance of competing again for the play offs, if he goes we will be mid table.
