Agreed. So, we have to stay at the Ricoh. If that is not in Sisu's plans then they must reliquish ownership. How much now would CCFC be worth? How much do we think they would sell the club for?

Agreed. Sisu now enter into discussion for this to be a joint ownership enterprise.

Just saying a new stadium isn't going to have all that. We move and it will be from a first class arena to a tinpot stadium, probably in the middle of Nowheresville.

And might we just be that little bit more attractive to buyers now than we were a couple of days ago? There might be a chance on some collaboration on building on the surrounding land. I know people wanted the Ricoh and we are pretty worthless, but there may be a bit of money to be made in...

All this bigging up of the Ricoh today, world class arena, conference facilities, casino, road network, hotel etc. has just confirmed for me how futile and disappointing any new stadium is going to be. Think CCFC have to just push for a brilliant rental deal and ask for all revenue on match...
