Apparently the Arena is nicely profitable without the club, so nothing to stop him just having the stadium as a stand-alone for now I'd have thought.

The club was obviously a shambles, otherwise he'd never have got the job.

As far as I'm aware there has nothing stopping PH4 from buying the Ricoh. Though as the council have said that they haven't done a valuation on the site, how much he would have to pay for it would have to be down to valuations on here. Anything from £6miilion to £120 million should cover it.
