200% Coventry City, New Ground, The Charity and The Hedge Fund

I'm not sure on that to be honest, hadn't we always used Ryton beforehand?

200% Coventry City, New Ground, The Charity and The Hedge Fund

Made from a Charity where one of the two trustees was also on the Board of the organisation making the payment to? Come on, if that happened in any other walk of life, or particularly with Sisu you wouldn't be able to move with suspicion and hysteria on here. Sure all above board though...

200% Coventry City, New Ground, The Charity and The Hedge Fund

Shame on anybody who thinks it was a good idea for a charity dedicated to the deprived children of Coventry(as you put it) to help bail out the struggling millionaire owners of the club when they paid the bankrupt CCFc for the half-share. Sir Peter Higgs was on the CCFC board at the time wasn't he?

    Arsenal sold out now?

Think that any extra tickets the club would have to pay Arsenal for any unsold from the allocation. Losing enough money as it is.

    Alan Higgs Charity

They're a charity set up to help deprived children in the Coventry area, not professional footballers earning 1000's of pounds a week.

    Alan Higgs Charity

I'm not sure really that a charity(welcome as it was at the time to the club of course), should as you say "do the club a favour". I'm not sure how the finances of the lease worked out, but was it £25million for a 50 year lease? Was the Higgs half paid by them or was it the club beforehand...

    Alan Higgs Charity

Could we take away some of the emotive guff being spouted about "deprived children of Coventry" being robbed by Sisu? The question should be asked, why, as a charity set up to help deprived children(which it has indeed done some good), did it spend money intended for that to bail out a...

    Response to Ms Garlick

Ann Lucas has always been a genuine fan of the club. A shame that so many called her a publicity seeking whore over the Marlon King saga.

    Proud of the Ricoh?

Wish it wasn't The Ricoh. With my susceptibility to the power of advertising and driving past it most days I've now had to put an extension on my house for all the fucking photocopiers I've bought.

Significant Council announcement on Ricoh coming

No, this was just after the Wing-Wah, heading towards the Burnt Post. Didn't see anything going on in that area to be honest.

Significant Council announcement on Ricoh coming

Made me laugh the other day driving along the A45 from BHX to Coventry to see loads of electronic signs saying something like: "Working to improve your City" Then changing to: "May be delays"
