    Starve them Out !

Can I just add, there is no way I will go and I will try and talk those who want to go out of it.

    Starve them Out !

While I can understand your point about starving the owners out, I feel it is very disingenuous to describe those who do go 'brain dead.' As has been said many, many times, for nearly everyone going they will do so with a heavy heart, but just feel the lure of the club they love too great and...

If we got to Wembley this year

What of Pippa Middleton asked to have sex with you at Wembley during the game?

Do you really want the City to lose?

i recall many years ago, the works reception walking in to work one morning. She was usually quite bright and breezy, but one day she came into the office looking really glum and with a stern look on her. Some supervisor asked bluntly, 'What's the matter with your face this morning, you misery...

Do you really want the City to lose?

Not at all. Very sad of course and still hurts to this day, but this is a football forum and people are always trying to have a lark and people don't always know your personal circumstances. No offence taken at all.:)

Unfortunately he died two years ago. :( It's okay, you weren't to know.

If we got to Wembley this year

Yep, it's just a fantasy question. It's like a 'if Pippa Middleton came up to you in a bar and asked for sex with you without your missus ever knowing, would you?' question. if we were doing that well I would have to assume we were back at the Ricoh and not playing in Northampton.

Do you really want the City to lose?

Yep, well that is true. There wasn't any sense of anger when my brother went. There is now with this Northampton thing.

Do you really want the City to lose?

It's still my club too, but it feels like a close relative who has moved abroad. My brother went to live in the States about 15 years ago, and though I thought of him quite often the regular link between us had become broken and he was no longer part of my daily life.

    Advert on the radio

God, they are dumb. All they needed to do was to change the wording of that so as to not get backs up. 'Get behind the team, together we are the Sky Blues.' Says the same thing but a lot more discreetly. It's the 'we are Coventry' while we are playing in Northampton that is really going to...

Do you really want the City to lose?

I don't want us to lose, but seeing the result yesterday I felt pretty much nothing. Normally it would have saddened me and pretty much ruined my weekend.

Baker, Clarke & Murphy free to leave...

Indeed. This has come as a complete and utter shock. You would have thought someone would have already mentioned it! Just shows how slow on the uptake us SBT-ites truly are. How did we all miss this story until now?

Talk to each other about playing at the Ricoh - the campaign starts here

If they don't sit down and talk then that is clearly not going to happen. Sent from my KIS using Tapatalk 2

Question for PWKH, whats next for ACL & The Ricoh Arena?

Why? It's a great stadium and should be a venue of which the citizens of Coventry can be proud. Just cos Coventry City aren't playing there at the moment it doesn't mean it can't be a great venue for the city. Besides if we want new owners and new investment then the Ricoh is key to all this...

Baker, Clarke & Murphy Told To Go

Yes, but as I said on the other thread, we may well have hung on to these players because we couldn't bring anyone else in. We would have been seriously short on numbers had they been allowed to leave and us not being able to bring players in. As soon as the embargo is lifted these players...

Baker, Clarke & Murphy Told To Go

Did hint at this on another thread. End of the embargo would signal a procession of players going the other way.

The ball is now firmly with ACL and the Council

Thing is, for all these business people (on both sides) purporting to be clever, the answer in so many ways, lies on the pitch! If Sisu accepted a £150,000 rent without any F&B revenue and no chance of any part ownership, but managed to put a winning side on the pitch we would regularly get...

Agree. They have to act in the best interest of Coventry City football fans.
