I'd say that it's more than likely given his age. Probably a percentage of the profit. We won't be giving up a huge amount of the fee to them, probably 100k at most.

I don't know where these Bright to Birmingham rumours have come from. Seems to have started by some guy seeing a 6'+ black guy and making an assumption (despite Bright being well below 6'). Seems to have taken on a life of its own.

I'm pretty sure they'd have known what his salary was when they made the 600k bid, so obviously think it's realistic.
