"The preferred site for the new stadium was revealed..."

At least we have that to be thankful for, not fucking Ranson. The professional violinist bit might be useful to be fair, maybe he can play the smallest violin in the World for us at a concert in the Ricoh.

    Seven Years Bad Luck

I wasn't a Cov fan then, supported Leicester because I didn't like Sisu.

    Has the penny dropped yet?

Commercial confidentiality, nda, blah de blah, etc, etc. All good questions, which really require good answers, not hiding behind the above, Open and transparent local government, "localism" in action at it's very best.

    Has the penny dropped yet?

If I'd been them I'd have kept the 50% share as soon as the lease was extended to 250 years by CCC for Wasps, instant jump in value of their share without having to do anything.

"The preferred site for the new stadium was revealed..."

Think they've missed a trick in not trawling through the extensive fan database and not finding a Mr Norrell to join Jonathan Strange at these meetings to be honest.

    Has the penny dropped yet?

Don't think that they had much choice in the matter. They should certainly have got an awful lot more for a 50% share of a 250 year lease on the Ricoh and surrounding land than they did get. Of course, neither they, nor the Council had to sell an allegedly profitable enterprise at all, and ACL...

    Has the penny dropped yet?

Either of those are better than the Wasps offer with the increased lease.

    Has the penny dropped yet?

You seem to have convinced yourself that a 250 year lease is worthless. Which is why you won't have it that the offer SISU made for the Higgs share, was better than the one made for the 100% share of ACL. OSB put it well on another thread.

Pressley really has lost the dressing room.

Quite a few people here love Landlords, whoever they might be. Must be a high percentage of Buy to Letters amongst our support.

    Has the penny dropped yet?

I also said that Sisu would be a disaster for the club from the moment that they came in, unlike most. That has now been acknowledged by all, so don't feel the need to go on about Sisu all the time now as I wasn't late to that particular party. After Sisu, other people's roles needed to be...

Pressley really has lost the dressing room.

Not like they're going to play their games at the same time though is it? Still, might get 10,000 crowd in the Ricoh if they did.

Pressley really has lost the dressing room.

Only a fucking idiot would read it that the corridors would be our dressing room.
