Assume you got your wish, & the deal was rejected. Then we would need to negotiate another & another & another etc. OR have another in/out referendum. The fact is that if that resulted in an 'in' vote it would not simply just be a sigh of relief & business as usual. It would be as much chaos...

To be fair...I think the judiciary have clear, extremely objective minds...they spend much time cutting through crap & superfluous statements & comments to get down to the real point at issue. Then that is the specific that they focus upon...& rulings can be made against their better personal...
