There will be hundreds and hundreds of IP addresses per provider and probably per location - for the paid/premium VPNs.

What can they do? They just block the IP addresses as they become known to them. Then the VPN providers just make more...or you pay for a decent provider with less traffic through them

Yes. Try different locations. Make sure you log into the system when the VPN is active. Once you find a location that works stick with it otherwise you could flag up as being the best travelled person in the world

You can’t have it both ways and you know it... Incoming fees will likely be structured and outgoing fees will likely be structured. Payment terms negotiated depending on cash position obviously but to pretend all of our outgoing fees are paid up front but our incoming fees are in instalments...
