I remember the first time it ever happened to me. I was really young and we were playing Blackpool in the FA Cup at home. It was 1-1 and right into injury time. I left the ground, heard two roars and when I got home I found we won 3-1.

I remember getting thrown out of the West End when we played Arsenal. Wasn't my fault and I hadn't done anything wrong, but what happened was that a load of Arsenal fans had got into the West End and just a couple of minutes into the game the police did a sweep operation and forced them all out...

Talking of shame, my dad should be ashamed. He was a lifelong City fan, all the way back to the 1940's. He then stopped attending in the 1970's but sort of followed them from his armchair, but when City played Spurs in the Cup Final he didn't even watch the game and went out and mowed the lawn...
