I think everyone needs to ignore the transfer activity of other clubs which has made our window look relatively quiet. Ultimately we have a settled, established top 6 squad so we don't need or want a huge number of comings and goings which will require bedding in etc.

No I just have a basic grasp of football finances and how the club operates under a tight budget. Chuck in a £40m stadium purchase and it's no surprise we're not splashing the cash on big transfers. Be grateful we are where we are.
