Swapping keepers isn't exactly an uncommon trait with Robins.
Since he took over again, I can only recall the season when we won Lg1, when Marosi started every league game.
Wilson has played in the league every season since.
I remember being at Plymouth getting 66/1 on JDS 1st goalscorer when playing left of a front three.
He's not really Ian Maatsen, in that regard, but would do a job.
Same for Kitching.
They battered Watford 1st half & Simms scored.
They would have understood being on the bench on Weds, with Saturday on the horizon.
To not play them must have been tough on them.
And with the greatest of respect to both of them, they were below champ level.
So is 'leadership' or 'bollocks' not an attribute recruitment look for... or is it a football manager simulation?
