Anyone else want to dispute my claim that he’s the worst signing of the Robins era?

I doubt Robins is out there fielding bids and negotiating transfer fees tbh.

Anyone who wants one has to draw Lewis Page from memory, the best submissions win the tickets.

Sounds pretty standard to me, and we got a great deal out of it, but ok.

I’m sure he’s a good bloke who tried hard, but it’s a results business. In terms of ‘what we got on the pitch’ vs ‘what we paid for it’, I’m struggling to think of anyone worse, Bright and Kasta included.

Feel sorry for the guy and his medical issues, but given we paid a fee for him and gave him a three-year deal, he has to rate as Robins’ worst ever signing.

He’s not getting forward enough at the minute, but I assume that will change as he gets used to the system. I think he’s the backup for Maatsen until the end of the season anyway.

The Reading move made sense for all parties at the time, and he’s entitled to wish it had gone better for him on the playing side. He did a fantastic job for us and made us a tidy profit, so I’m not sure why people want to get snarky about him now.

Realistically there are only three players who are going to come on - Waghorn, O’Hare and Rose. MR would rather put square pegs in round holes than risk the others.

What if my lunch hour is different from yours? Tickets for pretty much everything go on sale during working hours. Annoying for some of us, but life finds a way - there isn't an easy way to keep everyone happy with these things.
