I don't think they're lying about infection rate, they just don't have the capacity to test everyone. Most minor cases won't be reported.

Yeah, they explained a bit more after I posted. Essentially if you have symptoms you're already at about day 4. From that point will be contagious for about 4 or 5 days so should be well clear by day 7 of isolation.

14 day, but they're asking anyone with a temperature or cough to isolate for 7 days. Assume the 14 days will still stand for confirmed cases.
