This is true.. Although like I said in another post I can't see past SISU not planning for it, they have been slithering and underhanded so far and nothing would surprise me at this point..

With the money that was owed by ACL to Yorkshire Bank being paid by the Council it could lead the way to ACL being more leniant on the rent.. But I am sure the council would have discussed that at some length

The money could allow ACL to offer a smaller rate if they felt kind.. Due to not having to worry about repayments to Yorkshire Bank but ultimately a small rent to the council they could probably get away with offering CCFC a smaller rent amount..

Like I said in another thread although people are saying "Well its SISU's turn now" Until we know what ACL are planning to offer (a) the offered rent amount or (b) a small rent amount due to what is a cushion agreement with council. Then nothing is really sorted yet!

SISU must accept the offer that was on the table now, yes its not what they wanted but unfortunately taking everything into account regarding the Ricoh, I think its fair..
