We weren't great first half, but neither were they. I can't think of any chances in the first half they should have scored from - on the other hand, only a great save from Ashdown kept them from going 1-0 down.

Not just that, he's grown into the role. He was going around his job quietly and effectively, now he's added a couple of goals to that and you can see the confidence building in him every minute.

I can definitely believe some people are knocking him, that's what people do! Good player and I reckon him and Nimely would've had a great partnership.

I had a trip to lloret that sounds pretty familiar to that! It was the 2002 world cup, we played Denmark and I was in the pub all day on my own chatting to random people and celebrating with them! It was a British pub opposite the beach, don't know if it was still there when you went?
