I'm not sure they've been speaking seriously to UoW for 6 years. Certainly wasn't exclusive. I know it's difficult, but let's draw a line under the past and look at what we need/want in terms of progression from here. 1st thing is to formalise the partnership and confirm the site I guess.

I really hate that argument. In reality what this means is that the stadium will be under a separate company, let's call it 'StadCo'. StadCo and SBS&L (i.e. CCFC) would be separate entities but likely under the same holding company (probably Otium Entertainment). They'd be mad if they didn't do...

There are also loca You'd assume there's a reason they are happy to do that. Maybe that it's outside the scope of the NDA or doesn't give enough detail to constitute a breach. Sure it would've been calculated.

I'm not sure people do know how to cover their trail. For instance, if it's on an email unless they hack into the account of every recipient of that email there will be a trace and it can be forensically examined (and relatively easily). It's not the 60's where you could just shred everything...
