I think the British legal system would be pretty clear in giving him more rights than a dog. And executing a deranged 14 year-old boy who's been raised by two murderers wouldn't even fly in Iran. I think it's pretty clear that he should be either imprisoned or under close psychiatric evaluation...

Started a separate thread on this, but I just don't see why anyone wants this. It will mean that if your thumb is offside, that's it, goal disallowed. And it won't be immediate, it will still take 25 seconds or so. I swear the people who push for this stuff either don't understand football or...
