    No , it was all but attached to the Coventry Theatre. Now where the coffee shop to the museum is.

    Saw some great bands there, Torch. It was a great venue for live concerts.

    Don't remember that Tony, but I think just about every teenager in Coventry went to Poster Place at one time or another. Happy memories.

    Three very top bands there mrtrench. :) It was a shame when the Cov Theatre went, but it has to be said, the Transport Museum is top notch and something the city should be very proud of.

    Top Spot? Ha ha! Even way back when, the good night clubs were about a fiver to get in to. Top Spot was 50p. The owners used to leave stainless steel bowls of water on the floor just outside on the pavement so the girls could go and get themselves a drink if thirsty. :o

    Many of them were pretty worthless to be honest. A few were worth quite a bit, but a lot were ones I didn't want anyway andI got peanuts for them.

    Well, when I say all, I did in fact sell over 700 of them a year or two back. Still have about 500 left.
