No. Very few kids have sex under 16, lots say they do though.

Sadly probably. Of the three victims of child abuse I know and the one adult rape victim all of them had their lives changed and none have become productive members of society. I hate the “you’re permanently broken” message around abuse, but it’s what I’ve seen in a limited sample.
