We seen the best of Fleck when he had Vincelot alongside him who done a lot of the donkey work. Fleck was the piano player while Vincelot was the piano pusher. Hardly surprising that Fleck didn’t really come to the fore till his last season as he had Connor Thomas, Adam Barton et al alongside him.
