Lee Hughes Won't Play Against City - Poll

I'm going to get absolutely nailed for this but here goes: Lee Hughes made an awful, awful mistake and error in judgement. He took a human life. But I wouldn't say he thinks he's above the law. He did, eventually, hand himself in. I'm in no way condoning what he did. It was a monumental mistake...

    Starting XI @ Swindon?

Oh dear. Starting on players that have made a handful of appearances. Obviously an informed decision.

    Starting XI @ Swindon?

Thinking exactly the same. Ball may be asked to play on his own with mcgoldrick supporting when possible. Fleck and Baker (with mcgoldrick) just ahead of Bailey and Jennings (if fit). I'm not sure about the back 4 as I'm not sure who's fit but I suppose it'll be something along the lines of...

    Kettering vs. Portsmouth

The Kettering thing's been going on for a while. They had an "extavagant" owner, I think. Tried to get them in to the league and used stunts like getting Gazza in as manager to make the club more high profile. Backfired. The FA are a joke with this sort of thing but just as bad as them are the...

    Chris Hussey - LM Sensation?

The other thing is, even if he wasn't technically great at defending he will get back and help out his lb. May be worth a try but like sw88 says, let's not get ahead of ourself! I'd also like to see fleck being given a more central role anyway?!

    touching space - nearly

Heard about that this morning. The quote "Others who have tried to break the existing records for the highest, fastest and longest freefalls have lost their lives in the process" doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Expect sales of red bull to rise or fall dramatically after this!

McGoldrick: 'I would never say no to Coventry'

Then Henderson didn't lie. He may well have signed with us if he'd been offered a contract, which he wasn't. That's the clubs fault, not his. McGoldrick, if offered an extended deal with us, may take that up. If he's not offered an extended deal then he's not lying.

McGoldrick: 'I would never say no to Coventry'

Nope, I'm pretty sure I remember thinking he was an excellent loan signing at the time. And I don't remember anyone saying Simpson should've been playing in front of him!

    Volunteering

Immodium (heard that one!), football boots and Robins number - check, check and somebody'll have to get the last one to me! You know this will mean that whichever division we are in next season we'll get promoted from, right?! Ther's no way I'll be lucky enough to be in the country when that...

Most people? Really? Because whenever decent loan signings have been talked about on here he's usually pretty high up.

Was Henderson offered a contract then?

McGoldrick: 'I would never say no to Coventry'

I seem to remember most loans we get saying they want to push their way into the first team at their parent club.
