    Why our crowds are awful

Well, I know that, but if had had much larger crowds then the argument probably wouldn't have arisen in the first place.

Oh yeah, forgot about them. Yes, went to a couple of Monarchs games too. :-)

I booked to go to a game in the US a few years back, but the travel firm went bust, so I lost all my money. Been 2 two Wembley games though and they were great.

I do think the fact that we have had so many many managers over such a short period of time and that they have all pretty much failed, has left us all a bit apathetic these days. I know it's not a great argument, but the main one I can come up with is that a manager should be given time, unless...

How can SP say this squad is better????

So, over three quarters of a season to go then?

    Why our crowds are awful

Please expand. You honestly believe that if we had much larger crowds at the Ricoh we would have still gone to Sixfields to a smaller capacity stadium? Very odd.

Cheers for that. Good luck for the rest of the season.

How can SP say this squad is better????

Very true. Completely different team this year and we have changed the system too. Bit unfair to compare it to last year. Comparing how SP is doing of course is a different matter. You can look at how he has done over a period of time, but players wise, we almost have a new team out there this...

    Why we are struggling....

Another thing you need to factor in is the ability or inability to get the crowd going and on your side. Perfect example on Saturday. Preston came out of the blocks all guns blazing, we were all very negative, hardly had any possession and the crowd were then immediately alienated. Crowds...

Each and every to their own, but I would say that American Football is at least 10 times more exciting than football. How many exciting games of football do we get a season watching the City? 4? 5? Less? I would say about 60-70% of American Football games are very exciting. I love the game so...

    What Happened?

Thanks, Nick. :D Wasn't trying to say he was fast, just not a slouch, but maybe I haven't seen enough of him. Don't think we have too many slow players I would have said. Webster .... Johnson ...... Tudgay? Can't think of any others at the moment. Maybe I have missed someone.

Washington Redskins. Flatter to deceive for the most part. Stayed up til the early hours Friday morning to watch them play the NY Giants with great hope and they got totally slaughtered. :(

    GMK Glitch or GMK Gone?

Not true. They had to roll up the pages into rolls to swat Wasps with.

How can SP say this squad is better????

I wouldn't say Baker is better than O'Brien for sure.

    Why our crowds are awful

I don't think anyone was that good against Gilingham, it was still a special night though, a great atmosphere and we won. What more do people want to come back to a game other than a great time and a win? Not much else besides an exciting game, but the atmosphere was so brilliant it made the...

    What Happened?

Well, have to put my hand up and say that with us at Sixfields and my not doing away games, I didn't see him at all last season. Can only judge on what I have seen this and at one point in one game he had the ball in our half and sprinted (or maybe have been half-sprinted :D) into the opposition...

    Why our crowds are awful

That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I am delighted the City are back and immediately went out and bought a season ticket. But because I am embarrassed that more people aren't going, you suggest that I don't go?

    Why our crowds are awful

Well it did for me. Seemed like the start of something special. Made me think if we had 20,000 every home game we would win a lot more games than we would lose. Great atmospheres like that can really spur players on. After the Gillingham game quite a few people were talking play-offs.
