Tactically yes and I’ve put across my viewpoints on the tactics this year. But more on morale there is only so much you can do on the touchline. You can’t exactly run on the pitch and turn someone’s head. This is why experience is key in every side.

Fair enough, can’t really comment on that was just noting that importance of leaders on the pitch who can raise heads when something silly happens.
