    Leon available for transfer

Allegedly. However there is nothing to suggest that Coventry City have told Scunthorpe that Leon is avaliable, they're basing it on our situation.

    Leon available for transfer

It's not okay I wouldn't condone it, however this is the nature of a hedgefund and there business parctice, maybe it's to late to say these sharks shouldn't be allowed to invest in Football Clubs but that's all too late now. Agreed. If we don't get relegated this season with a minus ten point...

    Leon available for transfer

Really? So can you explain to me why SISU didn't accept the latest deal on offer from ACL?
  9. RoboCCFC90

    Leon available for transfer

It's all on the basis of what Fisher said however it's all starting to tie in pretty well. A reason ACL and the Council don't want to get into bed with SISU regarding the Arena is understandable, they don't trust them and that's fine I don't trust them either. However there just as bad as SISU...

    SISU Appeal Judicial Review

Agreed, although future investor's will be a rareity for SISU that doesn't help CCFC and getting rid of them. The investment being Coventry City Football Club was doomed from the start unless we had a company that was willing to invest £20,000,000 and do their background and that's without...

    Leon available for transfer

Without looking at this in a biased way, what was the negotiations regarding then when ACL offered that ten year deal? It never suited SISU like all the negotitations beforehand, I am starting to believe what Tim Fisher (Yeah bare with me a sec, before you all jump the gun) said at the forums...

    SISU Appeal Judicial Review

I am sorry but I can't see it. When and IF SISU return to Coventry it will be of their own choice and they won't be forced down that road. Of course we need to get Coventry back in Coventry, but I can't see how we are any closer to that happening to when the first protest began?

    Leon available for transfer

I can't see one quote on that article from Brian Laws which says "Coventry have informed me that he is avaliable at the right price to cut their wage bill" All he has assumed is because of our financial situation we can't keep him and we want Leon gone. I won't go as far as to say it's untrue...

    SISU Appeal Judicial Review

Okay so lets say we go to the bottom and start again, do you reckon we can do a Wimbledon and come all the way up? I am not sure it's possible. Of course they will but playing in Northampton doesn't help that, of course the attendances compared to last season would have been lower this season...

    SISU Appeal Judicial Review

Obviously not, but what other choices are there, shall we continue protesting which is falling on deaf ears and allow the club to stay in Northampton or should we hope that ACL and SISU come to some agreement and allow us to return to Coventry and the Ricoh Arena?

    SISU Appeal Judicial Review

Two things; > Either Sell (Most preferable) > Try to recoup the investment they have input to CCFC.
  17. RoboCCFC90

    SISU Appeal Judicial Review

No I am not. Okay so what's the alternative, dwindling attendances, less interest in the club, staying in Northampton for a period of 3-5 years if to return to a stadium in the City at all, continuing relegation of the Football Club through the leagues and loss of identity of CCFC.. It's all...

    SISU Appeal Judicial Review

Absolutely. I don't think there is genuinely another path that the Football League can take.
  19. RoboCCFC90

    SISU Appeal Judicial Review

Lets hope so, the question is will SISU hand over that figure over to ACL and if they refuse to what's the consequences of such?

    SISU Appeal Judicial Review

Only they way that could be implemented was if the Football League making it a condition on handing to the Golden Share to SISU. Yes it's totally irellevant to CCFC (Holdings) Ltd, but the Football League might see it as making steps to make peace with their demons in this situation.
