    The 10,500.....

You would still get many that would go whatever the price it whatever obstacles get put in the way come what may. What was the average gate when we got moved to Northampton? Not as many as was anticipated but people still went which is the point.

    The 10,500.....

Which this season was £300 odd? Some would still have no problem paying double or triple that.

    The 10,500.....

Fantasy? Some people would always pay whatever it cost to watch their beloved Sky Blues even if it was silly money.

    The 10,500.....

No I mean mugs. If the prices were raised to £50 (double what it should be for L1) and then people still payed it, that would definitely make them mugs in my eyes as there is no way I would be paying that to get in for a run of the mill game. Loyal they may also be.

    Helicopter crash at king power

No, Phil Thompson when Stelling mentioned it thought that Lee Probert should “get a life”. :emoji_rolling_eyes:

    Helicopter crash at king power

What the so called “expert pundits” on Soccer Saturday forgot to mention (although they probably don’t even know) is that the yellow card issued by Lee Probert is a MANDATORY CAUTION (Yellow card) which comes under “unsporting behaviour” and NOT an “in the opinion of the referee” scenario (ie a...

Mmmm, makes the Man City £26 look even more attractive then doesn’t it.

    The 10,500.....

As you know there are approx 8,000 mugs who will go come what may. If it was £50 there would probably still be 5-6000

    The 10,500.....

Yes, which in comparison for L1 football (Coventry City v Accrington Stanley) is good value to watch the Champions League at the Etihad for the same price (£26) :emoji_thumbsup:

    The 10,500.....

So we are paying for the facilities then? Ok, let’s play devils advocate-would you prefer to stand on a terrace for £15-£18 or sit in a seat (let’s say the Ricoh) for £26? Think most would opt for the terrace.

    The 10,500.....

You we’re making the comparison initially. You said at £26 it doesn’t matter if nobody turns up at Man City?

    The 10,500.....

There is no product “gulf” between paint balling.

    The 10,500.....

Yep-but in comparison it makes our prices at L1 level seem a bit excessive.

    Ben Stevenson

Ah the old “age” excuse comes to the fore again. So he’s 21, how old is Bayliss again? You can have Rúben Nevez at 21 aswell if you like?

    The 10,500.....

Not certain the casual fan who is going up on a spur of the moment thing will give a hoot about Man City and the television money. All he will see is Man City in the Champions League =£26, or Coventry City v Accrington Stanley=£26.
