    Robins went from Doug because he didn’t bring in a head coach to support him, wasent getting results and seemed tactically exposed (like against Derby) On Lampard comes in with Jody, then he is in essence replacing Robins role as a manager and Jody as the Adi Vinesh in the model.

    Think this is fair. Would look like Lampard would be a manager and not a head coach. But assume he would bring in a head coach so would almost fulfill the model we had with Robins and Adi but with Jody Morris being the number 2.
